"Old Red Wagon" (wr10)

So I’m seriously considering selling my wagon. I love the thing but I think it’s time for something new. It’s so hard to put a price on it due to practically no others for sale. I can’t look at what they’ve sold for. Mine is an ‘88 320i. It’s got about 135k miles on it and it’s recently had some work done to it. If anyone is interested or know someone that would be interested feel free to let me know. Car is located in San Antonio, TX. I’m open to selling if the right offer comes along.

I’n interested but i know my wallet isnt ready. Unless you want to trade for a 2011 328 x-drive. which I’m pretty darn sure would be a bad trade for you

How early do you wanna sell it? I like it but I’m not in a position to buy it rn.
BaT is your best option me thinks if you are in the US.

It’s in the US, I'm not rushing to sell. If the right offer comes I'll sell it, if not I'll hang onto it.

But it sounds like you don’t know what the right offer is. Guess you might as well submit to BaT and see what kind of reserve they suggest. I think that would definitely be the best way to get the most money, but then if even the money there isn’t enough, you can just not sell :)

Up here, any touring in at least decent condition is worth at least $10k CAD. They go so cheap in europe and for so much here, that a couple friends and I have considered setting up a business with a dealer license just to import E30 tourings.

A car like this isn’t cheap in Europe anymore either. Looking at the pictures alone and assuming no hidden gremlins ( rust!) that’s at least $10k CAD in Germany too .

$10.000 CAD is €6.500. A clean well taken care of rust free(ish) E30 touring with a straight six will usually command such a price. A 325i would be more.
You can still much cheaper examples, but they wouldn’t be as nice.
